We had a great Easter weekend. Jayni, Mason, and I started off at Grandma & Grandpa Perkes's house for an Easter egg hunt on Saturday. The kids had a great time and were so nice to one another! They would find an egg and give it to another, it was so cute. Mason was pretty clueless the whole time, but did find this egg.
I'm not quite sure what Jayni was staring at, but it must have been more interesting then her picture being taken.
Mason just wanted to play with the grass at the bottom of his bucket. Jayni was trying to get him to stop...
...but it did come out...
...and landed on the ground.

Sunday morning we woke up to what the Easter bunny brought. Jayni's favorite thing was her notebook, which she calls her diary.
Here's a picture of Mason before his bath. You can see that he's thinned out and has grown a little too.
I think the only thing Jayni ate on Sunday was an assortment of candies!
Late Sunday morning we left for Moses Lake to go to a baby blessing. It was for my nephew, Grayson. We then had a wonderful Easter meal, thanks to my Mom. We visited with family and then came home that evening. It was fun to get together!
This one's for Grandma Perkes. She wanted a picture taken of Jayni in her Easter dress. Sorry, Tom took the pictures and this was the best he got.

Looks like you had a better Easter than our puking Easter. I love seeing pics of the kids. Mason has really thinned out and has grown.
We totally bombed on an Easter egg hunt this year. It was too cold to go to the city one (which Milo hates) and we just didn't do one around here either. Next year we'll be better.
The kids look cute and grown up. Jayni's face is hilarious with her eyes looking off to the side.
Wow, Mason really does look more grown up! I can see why people say he looks like Tom, and I have to agree!!
Sounds like you had a great Easter. The kids that we did the egg hunt with weren't near as nice as yours. Over here it was more like the older kids were hoarding the eggs. Oh well, it was less candy that we had to worry about.
What a fun time with cousins!! Funny, I had put together eggs for an Easter egg hunt, and decided just to do it at mom's. Well I forgot, so I still have all these eggs. I think this Saturday maybe we'll do it instead. Better late then never. Oh and I love the picture Tom took of Jayni. You really get the perspective from his height. Typical picture coming from a guy! I'm glad I was able to see you! When are you guys going to come hang out with us? Love you much!
Oh and now you need to get a picture of you and your friend!
That is a darling dress on Jayni. Candy is all my boys had for about 3 days too. Can you say meltdown city?! They were monsters! They did have fun with Jayni and Mason hunting eggs though. I'm glad we got to see you!
