Work It Out!!

So yesterday I met Tom at the Kennewick High School track and did a slow jog/walk for 2 miles!! All in 25 minutes, which I didn't think was too bad to get my fat body moving. I need to start doing something, so our plan is to meet down there 3 times a week when Tom gets off work so we can keep active. Tom also ran a mile (like he needs to, ha!). I'd like to lose about 30 lbs. so please help hold me to it!!! Since last night I've lost 3 lbs.!!

Way to go Brianne! Keep it up! You'll feel so much better about yourself, both inside and out! I was thinking about going to one of the schools sometime and run/walk around the track and let the kids ride their bikes or play on the grass. I think it's a great idea!

Way to go! I know you have been wanting to find something active to do. That is great that Tom is doing it with you. Best of luck. By the way, you look great no matter what :)

That is great that you have a goal set. Like everyone else, I need some of your energy and determination. I haven't excercised regulary in awhile and I'm thinking that I'm gaining a little extra weight on top of the pregnancy weight! Not good!

i thought about running once...then i realized it sucked. but i am proud of those that can do it. hope you reach your goal, although you are adorable no matter what. :)
